Today the club have announced the permanent transfer of Griffin Yow to newly promoted Belgian side KVC Westerlo. No fee was announced by the club but it is believed to be for a fee of $100K plus a 35% sell on fee and performance related bonuses.

We want to wish Griffin Yow all the best for his adventure in Belgium, and we are sure that he will have plenty of fans very quickly.

We want to thank Griffin for his years of commitment to the club starting as an academy player. We wish him all the best in the next chapter of his career.

Lucy Rushton – D.C. United General Manager
